Shelbyville High School students competed at the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association State Meet in San Antonio on March 23, 2024. The Number Sense team earned second place team in the 1A/2A division. Individually.

Colton Bragg Sports Writer The Light and Champion The Shelbyville Dragons are returning to the 2A State Championship after defeating Thrall 67-52. The match-up between Shelbyville and Thrall was an unlikely semifinal bout.
The Shelbyville Steelers, 1-2 grade Littlee Dribblers capture the championship with win over Tenaha. The Steelers lost just one game throughout the season bringing home the gold medals. Baseball and softball signups underway

Below is the link that will be used to sign up for the City of Center spring baseball and softball programs. A birth certificate must be uploaded for all players, including those players who have already played. Once the birth certificate is uploaded, it will be uploaded for every sport.

Center High School's Emonte "Cash" Cross signed his National Letter of Intent to Lamar University on Wednesday, December 20.   "Cash has excelled in many different things," said Coach Richard Meeks. "The mark he has left on the program is phenomenal.
