Shelbyville Dragons Meet Woden Tonight

The Shelbyville Boys Basketball team will play Woden in a Bi-District Playoff Game in Cushing, Tuesday 2/21 at 6:30 p.m. Gate prices will be $5 adults and $3 students.

Center Boys - The Center Roughriders completed their last week of district play with a win over Kilgore on Tuesday and a win over Carthage on Friday. Senior Marmar Evans dropped a 26-point total to lead the Riders in their victory over Kilgore. Junior Emonte Cross tallied 22 points in Center’s matchup with Carthage, earning top scorer for the Roughriders in that match.

Shelbyville outlasts Joaquin 51-45 at home

The Joaquin Rams earned an underdog victory over the Shelbyville Dragons earlier this season. In their second meeting, the Dragons were able to correct their mistakes of the past with a 5145 win at home.

SFASU announces fall 2022 President’s Honor Roll

Twelve Shelby County Stephen F. Austin State University students were named to the President’s Honor Roll for fall 2022. To qualify for the President’s Honor Roll at SFA, students must have earned a 4.0 semester GPA in 12 or more semester hours while a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
