San Augustine Heritage Days set for May 1-2

Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2, will be the 11th annual celebration of the Main Street Heritage Days in San Augustine. Vendors and sidewalk sales will line the streets around the square on Friday.The festivities kick off Friday evening at 6 p.m.

The 2026 Annual Grill Fest, presented by Farmers State Bank, was held last weekend at the John D. Windham Civic Center. Area cook teams competed for prize money. There were also jackpot competitions, washer pitching and 42 tournaments, karaoke and entertainment.
