Bus cameras approved, fenceline to be cleared

Zack ClarkBus safety and security upgrades took center stage at the Timpson ISD board meeting on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, as trustees approved new cameras for every bus and addressed an overgrown fenceline on school grounds.

Lithium plant aims to be good neighbor

While the news of the addition of a $100 million project practically in their backyard is an exciting economic prospect, many Shelby County residents, especially those in the Joaquin area, still are wondering what it is all about.

I don’t know how your deer season has gone so far, but Joe Sinski’s has been as rewarding as they come.Sinski is a 46-year-old Conroe archer who plays the game quite often on the 188-acre tract of low fence property he purchased in Trinity County in 2021.
