Court considers creating county bail bond board

The Shelby County Commissioners Court discussed the establishment of a bail bond board for Shelby County, with County Attorney John Price explaining to the court the purpose and requirements set forth for creating such a body for the county at the court’s Wednesday, March 18 meeting.
