Sam Houston State University Announces Spring 2023 President's List

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (June 21, 2023) - The students listed on the President's Honor Roll at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, are undergraduates who have achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average in all work attempted while enrolled in not less than 12 semester hours.

Mergerson graduates Magna Cum Laude at Spelman

Esther Mergerson, daughter of Lydia Blake of Center, graduated Magna Cum Laude at Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga., May 21. The 2019 Center High School graduate earned a B.A. Degree in Psychology with a Mental Health Concentration.
