Sheriff Kevin W. Windham reports the arrest of Nickolas Shane Matthews, 22, of Joaquin. On Saturday, July 1, 2023 at approximately 7:00 a.m., the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Telecommunications Division received a 9-1-1 call in regards to a man with a gun.
