Historic Courthouse Christmas Open House

  "We are excited about the Shelby County 1885 Historic Courthouse Christmas Open House." Wednesday, December 13th 12noon - 2:00 p.m. The Excelsior ISD Choir, led by Tim Verner, will perform at 1:00 p.m. in the upstairs Courtroom.

1885 Historic Courthouse tours available, DRT new docents

The Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) local chapter, William Carroll Crawford, were assigned as new docents for the Historic Courthouse in downtown Center by the Commissioners' Court earlier this year. As docents, they will also be tour guides for the 1885 structure.
