Virginia (Ginger) Starr Fischer, 66, of Center, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025, in Longview. Visitation was held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Center. Interment followed at Starr Cemetery in Elkhart at approximately 5:00 p.m.
