Mildred was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.  She was happiest when she was with loved ones, whether it be her siblings, children, or grandchildren.  As a little girl, Mildred was blonde-headed, and was lovingly known as “Blondie” by her parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  Mildred’s bond with her siblings was one of her greatest treasures.

Her faith and belief in God was strong, and she lived according to that.

She is survived by her sons Randy Dillard and wife Beverly; Ronnie Dillard and wife Linda; and Donald Dillard and wife Kathy.  Grandchildren, Amy and John Reid; Jody and Nicole Dillard; John and Jacqueline Dillard; Bryan and Jessica Dillard; Kristen and Jarod Bentley; Leslie and Brandon Griggs; Jamie and Trey Moore; Jennifer Dillard and Jake Martinez. Sister-in-law, Joan Vaughn. Also left to cherish her memory are 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild along with numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Mack Dillard; parents, Henry and Alice Vaughn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Agnes and Charles Bryan; Bertha Lee and Dean Raymond, Joan and Cindy O’Rear; brother, Edward Vaughn; mother-in-law, Floy Dillard and father-in-law Louis Bryan Dillard; granddaughter, Alicia Dillard.
