J.T. (Shorty/Jake) Furlow, 85, of Huxley, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at his home in Huxley, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with graveside service at Noon at Sholar Cemetery in Joaquin, Texas. Bro. Gordon Vaughn will officiate.

He was born November 14, 1937, in Shelby County, J.T., the son of James T. Furlow and Vera Permenter Furlow.
