Hicks Mortuary is announcing funeral service for Mr. Dimtri MyKeith Scott of Center, Texas (52). Mr. Scott was born to the late Lewis Viree and the late Etta Mae Scott in Alexandria, La. on December 26, 1970. Mr. Scott died on June 27, 2023, at the local emergency room. Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Hicks Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Desmond Tolbert will be officiating.
Visitation was Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Hicks Memorial Chapel from the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A balloon release was held at Kindle Street at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, July 9, 2023.
Committal was at Bennett Chapel Cemetery in Shelbyville, Texas.
