Rachel was born on June 26, 1927, in Shelby County to William Barto and Betty Kathleen Helton Bailey.
Visitation was Thursday, August 17, 2023, at The Venue on Southview, Formerly Center First UPC, Hwy 96 S in Center with funeral service following at 5:00 p.m. Interment was at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. Rev. Gordon Winslow, Rev. Darrell McCoy, and Rev. Marlow Shubert officiated.
