Beverly Ann Short Griffin

Beverly Ann Short Griffin was born on June 25, 1938, in Center, Texas, she entered eternal rest on June 30, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Griffin was a loving and devoted musician for 50 years serving many Shelby county churches.

Mrs. Griffin leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Harold Short of Dallas, nieces, Dianne Rucker, Barbara Washington (Frankie), of DeSoto, Vivian Short and Sandra Short all of Cedar Hill, nephews, Clyde Short (Charlotte), of DeSoto, Virgil Short and Paul Short of San Antonio, her cousins, Wylma Clark of Houston, Rose Marie Reed and a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Griffin will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held July 8, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church, 617 Hopkins St in Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 12 noon at St. Paul Baptist Church with burial at Westview Cemetery in Center.
