Hicks Mortuary is announcing funeral service for Mrs. Annie B Simions (78) of Carthage, Texas. Mrs. Simions passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, at a nursing home in Carthage, Texas. She was born to the late Tom Boykin and Ruthie Mae Williams Boykin in Tenaha, Texas.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church located at 428 Pipkin Street Carthage, Texas. Rev. Larry Thorn was the eulogist. Visitation was held Friday, May 15, 2026, at Hicks Chapel from the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Committal was at St John Cemetery Tenaha, Texas. Repass was at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
