Mercedes Taniesha Martin, 33, of Center, Texas, was born February 29, 1992 in Shelby County, Center, Texas, to Bishop WC Martin and Donna Cartwright Martin. Mercedes passed away on July 22, 2025 in Dallas, Texas.
Funeral services will be on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Bennett Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 674 Co Rd 2582, in Shelbyville, Texas with Bishop WC Martin, Pastor-Eulogist, and Apostle J.R. Gatlin, Officiant.
Memorial Service Visitations will be Thursday, July 31, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Bennett Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
Interment will be in Bennett Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Sid Roberts Funeral Home Nacogdoches, Texas.
