Setting the county’s holiday schedule and approving dates for fireworks sales topped the agenda at the regular meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court held Wednesday, Sept. 25.
During discussion on the 2025 county holiday calendar, County Judge Allison Harbison noted that the Juneteenth holiday and the day after Christmas has been added as possible holidays.
