Fires from burning trash keep JVFD busy

    The Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department answered five calls during the week of Oct. 15 through 21. Sunday at 2:19 p.m., a call came in for a person having a panic attack in their car on Highway 84 East. The patient had pulled over to the side of the road when they called emergency services.
