A steer shown by Keith Hagler took grand champion honors Saturday at the Shelby County 4-H and FFA Beef Show. Weighing just over 1,000 pounds, the steer was sold to Farmers State Bank for $3.25 per pound. Luke Motley did the bidding for the Center bank. The Center 4-H Club member was also paid $500 by the bank since his calf was county bred. ...
