Anyone interested in submitting a bid packet for county road materials is asked to contact Shelby County Treasurer, Ann Blackwell. The bid packets are to be returned by U.S. mail or delivered in person to the Shelby County Treasurer’s office on the second floor of the Shelby County Courthouse no later than 3 p.m. Thursday, September 28, 2023.
