Judy Kay Hutto Wilkins, 64, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023, in Center.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery in Huxley. Bro. Gordon Vaughn will officiate.
Born July 23, 1958, Judy is the daughter of Ed Foster Hutto and Grace Pearl Davis Hutto.
