Ed Rogers, present postmaster at the Center Post Office, will retire effective April 30. Rogers will leave on April 18 taking his earned annual vacation. Jim Holley will assume Rogers duties. Holey has been working in the Port Neches Post Office. He is the present state commander of the American Legion. Rogers, right, has served 27 years with the postal service.
