Billy Charles Mattingly of Bullard passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. Funeral service was held Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation before the service. Noon. Bro. Joe Walker will officiate. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
