Center flag program fights student hunger

If you would like to participate in the Flags to Fight Hunger Program and receive a flag delivered and installed at your home (within the city limits), fill out the form and return to the Center ISD Administration Office and deliver to Inez Hughes. The new flag year starts every January.

Tenaha welcomes new police chief

Center Garden Club members (from left) Jennifer Wulf, Vicky Warren and Cherry Jones spruced up the flower boxes around the square earlier this week in anticipation of Center’s holiday celebrations. The annual lighting of the Christmas tree on the historic courthouse square was held Tuesday night and the town’s lighted Christmas parade will be held this Saturday at 6:00 p.m. Zack Clark | Light and Champion
