Tuxedo Springs Wedding Venue Grand Opening Ceremony

A new barn styled wedding venue in Center, Tuxedo Springs, celebrated their Grand Opening today with the Chamber of Commerce and members of the community with a New Member Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. 

Tuxedo Springs is a fully equipped wedding venue containing a spacious inside reception and ceremony area, kitchen and bathrooms. Owners Jose and Layla Solis say a bar and an outdoor ceremony area are coming to the venue soon.

“We needed something like this in Center,” said Layla. “We are excited for people to come and enjoy it,” she said.

When going into details of how the venue got its name, Tuxedo Springs, Jose and Layla had quite the story to tell. 

“Tuxedo just goes well with this type of venue,” said Jose. “But it’s also the name of our dog,” he said laughingly. 

“He’s a black pomeranian with white, so we named him Tuxedo,” added Layla. “He would always run out to the springs and I would be trying to find him,” she said. 

“So that’s a little story behind the name, Tuxedo Springs,” said Jose.
