Tenaha ISD Homecoming Schedule and Hall of Honor Inductees

Tenaha ISD is pleased to announce the annual Homecoming activities for Homecoming 2023! We are looking forward to an fun-filled week, honoring and recognizing those that have dedicated their time and efforts to Tenaha ISD, celebrating our student's accomplishments and welcoming back familiar faces for the weekend.

The Homecoming festivities will be held Saturday, October 21 beginning with our annual Hall of Honor Reception. This year's recipients are Ms. Brenda Agnew and the late Ms. Martha Boren. The recipients and their family and friends will be recognized with a reception at the TISD Cafetorium. The Parade downtown will follow at 3:30 p.m. The Tenaha Athletic Boosters will also be hosting a chicken plate lunch fundraiser from 1:30-4 p.m. at the Fire Station downtown.

Finally, we will finish off the day's activities in The Pit with the introduction of our 2023 Homecoming Court and crown the 2023 Queen at 6:30 p.m.; kick-off for the game vs Cushing is set for 7 p.m.

In addition, we would like to wish our Roarin' Band from TigerLand the best of luck as they travel to Lindale Saturday morning, October 21 for the Area Marching Contest before returning that afternoon for all of our festivities!
