Shelby County Sheriff Kevin W. Windham underwent a double lung transplant surgery on Tuesday, August 22. The operation went well, and he now has new lungs, according to Sheriff Windham’s wife, Brenda Windham, who has been updating the Shelby County Sheriff ’s Office throughout the operation process.
