Shelbyville Lions ribbon cutting Friday

A New Member Ribbon Cutting for the Shelbyville Lions Club was hosted by the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Friday, Jan. 26 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce office on the Center downtown square. The Shelbyville Lions Club is a dedicated group of men and women who volunteer their time and raise money to support the Shelbyville community as well as other Lions Club Charities. The Shelbyville Lions Club has several fundraisers each year, and the club generously gives numerous scholarships to graduating seniors at Shelbyville High School, helps support the Shelbyville Volunteer Fire Department and the Shelbyville Little League as well as assists with special requests when needed.
