The Shelbyville Dragon Band received “Straight Ones” at the UIL Region Marching Contest Saturday Oct. 14. The rating indicates that all three judges awarded the band with a Division 1 Superior rating, the highest possible result.
The UIL Region Marching Contest is a culminating event for which the band prepares throughout the summer and fall.
