The Shelby County Pro Rodeo kicks off nightly Friday, April 26 and Saturday April 27 at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, April 25, “Pre-Rodeo team roping” books open at 5 p.m. and close at 6 p.m.
Both Friday and Saturday night will feature Mutton Busting. Sign up at 5:30 p.m. and ride at 6 p.m. each night. Also, in the fun each night is a calf scramble and a special trick riding performance.
Saturday night, a mechanical bull will be available for the true rodeo experience. Hometown barrels will be run nightly as well, that’s Shelby County’s local cowgirls in their competition.
