New Member Ribbon Cutting Noble Children’s Services

The Shelby County Chamber Ambassadors are excited to invite the public to a New Member Ribbon Cutting for our new member, Noble Children’s Services on Wednesday, September 13 at 11:00 a.m. Noble Children’s Services is located at 1306 Louisiana Street in Center, TX. 

Elizabeth Andrusick, Executive Director opened Noble Children’s Services 13 years ago. She has an office in Tyler as well as the Center office. Noble Children’s Services serves foster and adoptive children and youth who have been removed from their home due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Elizabeth and her staff train and support special families who make the choice to help heal and nurture children through their journey towards a reunification with the biological family, a permanent placement, independent living or adoption.

Noble Children’s Services serves not only children and youth with basic care needs but those with autism, developmental/intellectual disorders, emotional disorders and primary needs.
