The Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department had just two calls for the week of May 7 through 13.
A page was received for a fall patient at a residence on County Road 3485 Thursday morning at 12:03 a.m. The JVFD medical team responded but had apparently received the page late as Allegiance EMS had already checked out the patient and was clearing the scene.
