Sarah Elizabeth Ramon, 28, of Joaquin, turned herself in at the Shelby County Jail Tuesday, Dec. 19. Ramon was booked and charged with three felonies, including Indecency with a Child (F-3), Sexual Assault of a Child (F-2), and Improper Relationship between Educator and Student (F-2).
