A community fundraiser to purchase a 20-foot artificial, pre-lit panel Christmas tree with ornaments and a star has been launched by the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. The tree will be erected in front of the 1885 Historic Courthouse where a tree lighting ceremony will be hosted.
