    Yet another new business has been welcomed into Shelby County with an official Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting. Just this past Friday, Bee and Franciska Kahn, owners, were officially welcomed into the local Shelby County nail industry.The business has been in operation for nearly a year, but has just formally completed its ribbon cutting due to the finalization of its location....
