Shelbyville High School's Carlos Garrett sets new personal Powerlifting Records

Shelbyville High School's Carlos Garrett competed on March 25, 2023 in the State Powerlifting competition in Abilene, TX.

Center High School Powerlifting: 3 Qualified for THSPA

Center High School had 3 lifters qualify for the THSPA Region 3 Division 2 Powerlifting Meet in Arp, Texas.   Eric Allen went into the Regional meet ranked #3 in the 165 class and came away with a 1275 pound total good enough for 2nd place.

Joaquin High School Student makes Powerlifting Regional Champion

The Joaquin Lady Rams powerlifting team competed at the Region 3 Powerlifting Meet on Saturday March 4th in Eustace Texas.  Halle Bonner, Riley Mullins, and Emma Barton all represented our school well. Each lifter hit personal best on many lifts.  Emma Barton finished in 8th place in her division.
