Harris Fund Awards Grants to Nonprofits Serving Shelby County

Grants from the John Harris Community Fund held at East Texas Communities Foundation (ETCF) in Tyler, Texas, were awarded to Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc.

Fannie Brown Booth Library receives the John Harris Community Fund Grant

The Fannie Brown Booth Library is pleased to announce they were a recipient of the John Harris Community Fund Grant from the East Texas Community Foundation. The grant award, in the amount of $8,900.00, is for technology upgrades and funding for Wi-Fi hot-spots for patrons of the library.
