East Texas Poultry Festival Queen's Court prepares for 2023 Scholarship Pageant

The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce recently announced the East Texas Poultry Festival will be October 5-7 on the historic downtown square.  One of several preliminary festivities is the Queen's Court Scholarship Pageant.
