Sarah Elizabeth Ramon of Joaquin arrested

Shelby County Sheriff Kevin W. Windham reports the arrest of Sarah Elizabeth Ramon, 28, of Joaquin. Ramon turned herself in Tuesday, December 19, 2023, and was booked into the Shelby County Jail.
