First ‘Build Off’ Event Draws 9 ISDs

The first Shelby County AG Mechanics Foundation Build Off saw nine participating ISDs compete with three of them capturing wins. The new event was held Friday, March 3, at the Shelby County Expo Center with plans to call for making the Build Off an annual event.

Teams of four FFA students gathered at the Shelby County Expo Center at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning, March 3, to compete in the Shelby County AG Mechanics Foundation 1st Annual Build Off. All teams were provided materials and were asked to bring their own tools.    The teams had until 2:00 p.m.
