Klayton Lewis Chambliss, 14, of Tenaha, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022, in Tenaha.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Sister Melba Rodgers officiating.  Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery in Huxley.

Born November 27, 2007, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Klayton is the son of Kasey Hargrove Chambliss and Robbie Chambliss.  His hobbies included football, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers.  Klayton loved home, his siblings, and Tenaha ISD.  He attended Ramah Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his parents, Kasey Hargrove Chambliss and Robbie Chambliss of Tenaha; brothers, Preston Chambliss, Christian Lewis Chambliss, and Wesley Chambliss all of Tenaha; sister, Emily Chambliss of Tenaha; great grandfather, Johnny Hargrove of Shelbyville; uncle, Richard Sharp Jr. of Joaquin; cousin, Paislee Sharp of Joaquin; grandfather, John David Adams of Center; great aunts, Kim Hargrove Bridges of Center and Jessica Hargrove of Shelbyville; bonus family, Abigale Chambliss, Deanna Jackson, Anngelicia Luce, Robert and Barbara Chambliss, and Julie Luce; also a host of extended family and friends.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Richard Sharp and Cindy Hargrove Sharp.

Pallbearers will be Jared Hargrove, Jeff Sharp, Brad Stanley, Jessie Griffith, Jamie Carroll, and Lynn Rogers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Woodie Jernigan, Troy Shofner, Cody Miller, Jerrick Hargrove, and Jon Wittenburg.
