Hicks Mortuary is announcing graveside service for Evelyn J Osby (72) of Center, Texas. Mrs. Osby died on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Garrison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Garrison, Texas.

Graveside service will be on Saturday, January 22, 2022, immediately following the committal of Linda Allen. Elder Jonwesley Gatlin will be officiating.

Visitation: On January 21, 2022, at Hicks Chapel from the hours of 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Committal: Westview Cemetery

Due to COVID 19, masks are required during visitation and funeral services. All safety procedures are strictly enforced.
