Chamber holds 103rd awards

On Thursday, Jan. 15, the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce saw a packed house at the John D.Windham Civic Center for its 103rd Annual Awards Celebration. This year’s celebratory theme was representative of the United States’ 250th Anniversary, with food and decorations to match.

March primary voting hours, candidates set

Shelby County Elections Administrator Nancy Adams has announced the times and places for early and regular voting for the upcoming March primary.Early voting for the primary will be at the Center Community House: Tuesday, Feb. 17 to Friday, Feb. 20 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 21 - 7 a.m.
