Santa Claus and Snell Photography paid a visit to White Cottage Mercantile on Saturday, November 25.

The owners of White Cottage Mercantile, Lisa and Roderick Jones, and Snell Photography's Stephanie Snell, teamed up together to collect new and unworn coats to benefit Coated in Kindness- a branch of the Diamond Eight Foundation, a non-profit organization helping Shelby County children in need. "We are in the process of developing a clothing drive of new unworn items. Coated in Kindness gifts coats to children through the local schools," reads the Coated with Kindness Facebook page.
