Queen's Court Masquerade Ball leads up to coronation

14 area high school junior girls participating in scholarship pageant

The 43rd Poultry Festival Queen’s Court Masquerade Ball was held Tuesday evening, Sept. 17, at Center Country Club.

Fourteen junior girls from area schools and their escorts were on hand for photos, , introductions, dinner and dancing. The Masquerade Ball is just one event leading up to the coronation for the Queen's Court Scholarship Pageant at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28.

The coronation will be held at the Center High School Cafetorium. General admission is $5 but tables and reserved seats may be purchased through the Chamber of Commerce at 598-3682.

Organizers said a special “thank you” needed to be passed along to this year’s Queen’s Court Sponsors: Platinum Sponsor, High Roller Wells, LLC and Gold Sponsors, Dazzle Me Pink and Blue, Elite Hair Design and JML Management.

Queen's Court Princesses will also be participating in the Doo Dah Parade at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 25; and they will be recognized at a Mother/Daughter Brunch.
