Library summer reading program moves to a different beat - June 6 program titled Alien Drum Beats

A Universe of Stories is theme; June 20 programs feature Police K-9 & Globetrotter basketball

The Fannie Brown Booth Library kicked off their 2019 Summer Reading/Learning Program June 5 at 10:30 a.m with the Preschool Story Time.

  This summer’s theme is nationwide, A UNIVERSE OF STORIES, to honor the 50th Anniversary of man landing on the moon.

   A  puppet show and Alien Drum Beats programs were hosted on June 6; the Police K9 program will visit on June 20 in the morning for ages 4-8 while, for the tweens program in the afternoon will be the Corey Classic Basketball program featuring basketball former Globetrotter Corey Sanders; a Creature Teacher on the 27th; on Wednesday, July 11, attendees will be treatted to the magic of David Gish.
