A bang-up Independence Day planned in Tenaha

Gates open at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 4th at Raymond Jackson Stadium

The American Legion and the Tenaha Businessmen’s Club will be hosting their annual Fourth of July celebration at the Tenaha ISD Raymond Jackson Stadium with gates opening at 7 p.m.

Entertainment will include Waylon Moore and fireworks. The concession stand will be open along with Tenaha Together selling BBQ plates for $7.

Plates will include chicken, potato salad, baked beans and bread. The Tenaha Senior Class of 2020 will provide drinks and snacks. Admission is free so bring a chair or sit in the stands.

Opening time will be at 7 p.m. and fireworks will start at dark.
