Unofficial results show bidders contribute nearly $60,000 to top livestock show winners

The 2019 Shelby County Livestock Show Sale drew a crowd Saturday night to Center's Windham Civic Center with bidders raising close to $60,000 based on unofficial results for the top ranking livestock in judging that took place Thursday at the Shelby County Expo Center.

Top dollar from Saturday's auction went to Baylor Kimbro of the Timpson FFA with a bid of $4,500 coming from the Hawkeye Hunting Club and an extra $1,000 added by Farmers State Bank for the highest placing county bred steer in the show.
